Living/Dining Room
This open plan area affords magnificent loch views from the large church windows. Here you can relax on comfortable settees, read the paper at the round dining table or chat with your friends as you prepare food in the adjoining kitchen - all whilst listening to some carefully selected Scottish music.
There is a selection of games, books, CD's and DVD's for your enjoyment. There is a wide screen TV with surround sound. There are instruction manuals, maps and a guide book for your information.
Bedrooms
St Malieu can accommodate up to eight people. All bedrooms are furnished to the same high standard, with colour co-ordinated linen and towels, each of the rooms with its own style.
The two master bedrooms upstairs have en-suite bathrooms, and there are two twin rooms downstairs, on the same level as a third bathroom with separate bath & shower providing suitable accommodation for certain levels of disability.
Note: Disabled guests have stayed at St. Malieu and been very satisfied with the facilities, however, to ensure that specific disability requirements can be met, please contact the owners direct for further details of room sizes, bathroom features, interior steps, and general ease of access to areas of the house.
All the beds have orthopeadic mattresses, electric blankets and downies which can be changed according to preference: summer weight; medium weight; or winter weight (summer + medium fit together).
A cot is available for use, for which personal bedding should be supplied.
Kitchen
You will find a wide range of cooking and serving utensils and dishes in this spacious kitchen, with plenty of storage space for your own food supplies.
Cooker, hob, microwave, fridge, freezer and dishwasher are built-in.

Bathroom
There are three bathrooms, all fitted with showers, heated floors, heated towel rails and shaver sockets.
As with the rest of the house, the bathrooms have been styled individually.
Hall
There is generous hanging space for coats in the front hall. Stairs in the back hallway lead to the gallery and upper floor, whilst downstairs there is an airing cupboard off the hall.
Garden Patio
There is a landscaped area to the rear of the house, equipped with eight chairs, table and parasol. A shed supplies storage for your bicycles. Here you will find a barbeque, clothes drier and sun-lounger.
Car Park
This enclosed area provides ample parking for four cars and is reached via a lane to the rear of the property.
The back garden and rear entrance to the house is reached via a set of 6 wide steps with a sturdy hand rail leading down from the car park.
No Smoking
PLEASE NOTE: There is a no smoking policy inside the house.
